Biography

Evolve Recruitment was established in December 2008. The business is managed by Director Carla Elliott who has worked in recruitment for 8 years, Helen Jones consultant who has worked in recruitment for over 4 years and Jackie O'Regan who operates payroll and accounts.

The company

The company prides itself on its friendly, honest approach to their recruitment and providing its clients with a high quality service. Much of their success has been through securing new contracts with local businesses, word of mouth recommendations, networking and advertising in local and national press.

The majority of our business is through word of mouth recommendations from both candidates and clients and we hope to develop this further. We are a very proactive agency and are continuously changing and looking at ways to expand and improve our service."

The company works to very strict guidelines from its Industry Regulators the REC and all staff hold the certificate in Recruitment practise. The company is also looking to work towards Investors in people and looking to move into other specialist areas such as teaching and medical recruitment in the future.
